PUBG Mobile Back In India ? PUBG Ban Over?
• PUBG officials have decided to end the authorisation of PUBG Mobile to Tencent in India.
• This step was taken by the developers after the ban of PUBG Mobile and PUBG Lite in India .
It’s been a week since Indian government banned 118 apps citing threats to national security including PUBG Mobile and PUBG Lite to which have millions of users in the country.
And now due to the huge fan base of this game and also the profit included, it is stated by the corporation that they are trying to resolve the issue with the Government of India regarding re-launch of the game.
According to PUBG Corp, they are fully aware of the situation and is looking into this entire issue around ban. It is also confirmed that PUBG Mobile and PUBG Lite will no longer be controlled by Tencent Games in India and all the publishing responsibilities will be taken by PUBG Corp.
PUBG is originated in South Korea and was only a PC game but later on its was launched for mobile also by Tencent which is a Chinese authority.
So, after this announcement by PUBG officials, we can have a chance to enjoy this game as before without any security threats.
It is stated by PUBG Corp that, “it hopes to work hand-in-hand with the Indian government to find a solution that will allow gamers to once again drop into the battlegrounds while being fully compliant with Indian laws and regulations”.
Further adding, “PUBG MOBILE is the mobile version of PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS (PUBG), an intellectual property owned and developed by PUBG Corporation, a South Korean gaming company. They are actively engaged in developing and publishing PUBG on multiple platforms, including PUBG MOBILE in selected territories, to provide the best player experiences possible”.
“PUBG Corporation is committed to providing its unique battle royale experience to a global audience and wishes to continue engaging with its passionate player base in India. In addition to regular content updates, the company is exploring another ways to engage its community in India through various region-based activities, including esports and community events”, the company said this on it’s website.
